  • What are the hours of check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00.

  • My flight/ my bus arrives early in the morning, can i check-in early?

You can check-in earlier, starting from 10:00, depending on availability. We will do out best to prepare the rooms for you. However, you will be charged for that night if you demand to check-in before 08:00. If the rooms are not available, we have a luggage room, a dressing room and also showers available for our guests. You can use these facilities for free and spend time at the pool or beach until the check-in time. Breakfast is not included on check-in day, it is included on check-out day.

  • My flight/my bus leaves late at night, can i get a late check-out?

We offer late check-out until 17:00 for a fee only due to availability that day. If the rooms are not available, you can use our luggage room, dressing room and shower facilities for free and spend time at the pool or beach until you leave.

  • Is breakfast and tax included in the price?

Open buffet breakfast and VAT is included in all of our prices. Breakfast is served between 08:00 – 10:00 everyday.

  • What is included in halfboard concept?

Open buffet breakfast (08:00 – 10:00)  and open buffet dinner (19:30 – 21:30) are included in halfboard. Food and drinks served outside of the buffet and outside of the hours of the buffet are charged extra. We offer halfboard concept only between certain dates every year (high season), we serve only bed&breakfast other than those dates.

  • How far is the hotel from the beach? Is the hotel located centrally?

Our hotel is 250-300 metres distance from Belcekiz beach. You can walk to the beach in 5-6 minutes. Our hotel is located at the heart of the town and is one of the first hotels in the area. One could say that the location is the most important aspect of our hotel. Beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, travel agencies and transportation are in a maximum of 5 minute walking distance to our hotel.

  • Which beaches can we go to in Oludeniz?

The closest beach to our hotel is the Belcekiz beach, which is the public beach also. You can find the Oludeniz National Park if you follow the Belcekız Beach for 200 meters. There are also private beaches inside the lagoon in the same direction. You can also drive to Oludeniz National Park and private beaches. Belcekız Beach and Oludeniz National Park are made of pebbles and sand, and private beaches are made of sand.

  • Does the hotel have a parking space? Is it charged extra?

We have a large parking space only for the use of our guests inside the hotel and it is free of charge. Parking can be a problem in Oludeniz during busy high season days, so our guests are privileged in terms of parking. Our carpark can take a maximum of 35 cars.

  • Do you provide airport transfer?

We can arrange private transfers from and to Dalaman Airport and it is charged extra. Please contact us for transfer arrangements.

  • How to get to the hotel?

You can come to Oludeniz only through Fethiye first. The closest airport is Dalaman, and the closest bus station is Fethiye. Public transportation is by minibus or taxi between Fethiye and Oludeniz. The minibus stop is right next to the hotel and it is quite convenient for our guests. Minibus is available between 07:30 – 01:00 everyday and you can find one every 5-10 minutes next to the hotel. There is also a taxi stand 100 meters distance from the hotel.

  • Which facilities are free of charge?

Pool and Kids Pool (08:00 – 19:00), Children’s Playground, Gym (09:00-22:00), Billiards and Y-Table Tennis (08:00-00:00), Basketball, Wi-Fi, Safe, Air-Conditioning, Carpark

  • Which facilities are charged extra?

Restaurant, Bar, Pinball, Minibar, Laundry, Currency Exchange, Transfer Services

 

RESERVATIONS

  • What are the children ages free of charge?

1 child aged 6 and under and all babies aged 2 and under stays free in the room with parents. All other children are subject to extra charge.

Any child above the age of 12 is considered to be an adult.

Cribs are available for 0-2 year old babies on request.

  • How many rooms do you have? How many room types do you have and what are they?

We have 50 rooms. We have 2 types of rooms, double rooms and triple rooms. Our double rooms consist of 1 queen bed (150 cm) and our triple rooms consist of 1 french bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm). Room options with 3 seperate beds or 2 single beds are not provided in our hotel. We use our triple rooms for your twin bed requests.

  • Do you provide extra beds? How many people can stay in one room?

We do not provide extra beds in our rooms. Our hotel rooms can accommodate maximum 3 people + baby. We can only provide cribs on request. Please inform us for specific requests. Hotel is not responsible for the charges applied for extra persons who are not included in the original reservation or the discomfort that may occur in the room.

  • Do you require a deposit?

For reservations, we require a minimum of one night’s charge. Please inform us about your room view and floor requests during reservation. We will do our best to fulfill your requests. However, during busy periods specific room number or floor requests cannot be always guaranteed.

  • How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

We require a minimum of one night’s charge for reservation. Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge. In case of late cancellations or no-show, there will not be any refund. Non-refundable reservations are discounted compared to free-cancellation reservations. The whole amount of the reservation is charged and there are no refunds. We do our best for modifications depending on availability, although there might be price differences for different periods throughout the season.

 

 

 HOTEL RULES

  • Is it necessary to provide a passport on check-in?

Proper identification is compulsory by law. Registration at the reception is compulsory for every guest who is staying in guestrooms. Guests who are not registered are forbidden to enter the rooms or the hotel building. Please ask reception for extra guests.

  • Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.

  • We can we keep our valuable items?

Please keep your valuable items in the safe boxes available free of charge in the rooms. Hotel is not responsible for items that are not kept in the safe.

  • Do you have smoking rooms?

Unfortunately we do not have smoking rooms in our hotel. You can use the balconies or open hotel grounds for smoking.
